good point…at this point I have almost every beachbody program – so I mix up my days and do workouts from different programs every day and that way it keeps it different and doesn’t get boring ever! It also works with the muscle confusion idea because all programs work different parts of the body.

this is program is perfect for people like me, i work in construction and sometimes after 8 or 10 hours days im tired i dont feel like going to the gym, plus i also have a family so i need to spend time with my wife and kid, so 10 minute trainer after my day is excellent! and if i feel good and i have extra time i can add another workout.. this is not for people that have plenty of time, if you do .. try the p90x!!..

hi im a 15 yeard old boy whos 5 foot 4 and weighs 158 punds im looking to get the fat away from body including my man boobs and gain abs will this workout do it for me

  5. themango69 says:

it all depends how much extra fat you have, how hard you push and what your diet is like. losing weight is just a math formula…calories your body needs to be healthy plus calories you eat – minus calories you burn off from working out. If you make sure that the formula works out right, you will be losing weight constantly.

i just bought the 10 min trainer, and i agree with you that we should do like 3 videos of it,
how much pound will u loose after 1 month, if u do it everyday?

I’m 22 female, and have been overweight most of my life. Im going to give this a good try, I really need this. And the time is perfect since I both work and finishing my bachelors degree. I’m starting soon, probably next week when everything have arrived. I just want to burn fat, get lean and try to stay that way.

    @themango69

THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH !

  10. themango69 says:

I’ve done both programs and I would say that overall I would choose the TmT video as it is less time for each one and with this you can choose how many videos you want to do each workout. I also like how it is no pause for 10 minutes so this is great for cardio as well. Good luck.

  11. disneydiva21 says:

i really want to tone up my arms and tummy is the p 90 or the 10 min trainer better for that ….
can you do a compare video ?

  12. themango69 says:

If you did 3 TMT videos a day (30 mins), I would expect for you to continue shredding fat and toning your body – but it’s nothing like P90x when it comes to chest/back. It does a better job at toning your arms, core, legs, butt and shoulders than anything else. It is also something that I think you could stick with doing for a long time – whereas P90x is hard to “get up” for everyday for a long time.

    Im at day 77 of P90X .
    I have lost 32 pounds…

I have a question ,After my 90 day, What do you think if I start the 10 min training?

Can I expect further improvement on my body, even if the training is shorter?

hey, thanks for the review on this one. my friend told me about it today and I’m doing some research before I buy it. Sounds interesting!

  15. mixinbowl says:

I have the p90x + and did some of the stuff, the intervals was good, much more doable than the Insanity. I was actually thinking the same thing and just combining a bunch of routines to really cause muscle confusion. I was going to check out the Chalean as well.

  16. themango69 says:

Power90 the first level is too easy, but the 2nd level is good as well and not too long. You might look to see if any of your friends have the P90x+ because it has a few good workouts to add in the mix as well. I’m actually looking to do a mixture workout where i mix all of the beachbody videos that I like and cut down on the ones I don’t like :)

  17. mixinbowl says:

Yeah i feel like i will do 3 a day (I have the time) and do the ab routine 3 days a week like p90x, it will be great to have a new ab routine. Abripperx is just getting to easy. But yes Insanity just felt like a little more then i had at the moment. Seems like it will be good to get really ripped for summer, thus a spring start time. The p90x plus will be my winter workout. What is opinion of Power 90 i was looking at that as well?

  18. themango69 says:

Yea I have done Insanity and it is very difficult after the first month and hard to stick with. I think you’ll find that the TMT trainer is easy to stick with and even if you can only do 1 video a day – you at least feel like you completed a whole video. I would shoot to do 3 videos a day and you can have a whole body experience and not feel lazy one bit! Good luck!

  19. mixinbowl says:

After watching your review (well done) I think im going to start this today. I have scanned through the videos and they seem like good routines. I have done the p90x 2 1/2 times and feel i am plateauing with the routines. I got the plus as well, but i want to wait a month or so to start it. This seems like a great work out to continue to slim down which is more what i want. I will say i tried Insanity and it was twice as hard as the P90x plyo and i want to wait till spring to attempt it again!

  20. themango69 says:

you don’t have to have it, but it really does help as it is providing the resistance – else you are just running in place with no resistance.

  21. yoWTFitsJEREMY says:

i dont have the cardio belt. you said you didnt use the resistance bands do you need the cardio belt for the core cardio and cardio?

  22. themango69 says:

I assume when you say that it’s really hard you mean that you have trouble getting through it all without stopping – this is not abnormal as I have trouble with this after doing P90x. i’d recommend doing extra stuff afterwards for your abs to get them stronger and stronger – crunches, etc. You can find tons and tons of abs exercises online and just try to find ones that you specifically want to work (lower, upper, obliques). Good luck.

  23. louvang08 says:

so i have this product but i haven’t really try it becuase due to the lack of space that i have. and i’m waiting til i move out and have more rooms. but i have tried it a couple of times, and when it comes to the abs work out, i find that it is really hard even when i’m doing the modify position, it’s still challenging. is there any that i can make it easier?

  24. joeyface says:

    awesome! thank u very much

  25. littlefurballs says:

Thank you very much for this detailed review. I used P90X last year to train for Kilimanjaro and that REALLY worked. However, this year I am really pressed for time with work, travel, and other commitments. So, I’ve neglected working out b/c the thought of walking my dogs AND doing another 55 minute video after working 10+ hours a day makes me exhausted just thinking of it. This might be the solution for me since I power walk everyday and just need something to help maintain my muscle tone

  26. SHEREE says:

Thanks that was a nice post to go through. I will be sure to read through the rest of your blog.
