I got this as a Christmas present for my husband and he uses it all of the time.

This is a great product. The only problem is 45 pounds would probably be the maximum you can load on it. Very easy to use.

This is a solid piece of equipment with no bells and whistles to wear down and break. If you need a Dip or Chinup belt I recommend this one. Five Stars

At first I was skepticle about this belt. But then I loaded on a 50 pound db, and was surprised to see how sturdy this belt was. It can easily handle 70 lbs too…Great belt at an even better price!!!!

Sits comfortably above hips, and stays put during the set. I haven’t used more than 45 lbs. with it, and haven’t done pull-ups with it yet, but for dips it’s really good – easy to get on and off – and you can leave the plates attached to it if you take it off between sets.
