BeachBody 10 Minute trainer?

I just saw the informercial for the beachbody 10 minute trainer and I am very interested. I was immediatly hooked and have read many reviews on how good it is.

The problem is the price. I looked on ebay, and it was still pretty expensive there. I know if I want something that works and shows results, I’m gonna have to pay for it and it’s probably ridiculous trying to find it for cheaper but I am a college student currently living on my own and there is no way I can fit this in my budget; I don’t have to money to pay for this (even though I need it and want it sooo bad)

so, does anyone know of any websites or places where I can find these videos for cheaper, or even if someone who has it is willing to burn copies for me????? ( I am willing to pay for shipping if that occurs and even pay a fee, I just cant afford to pay hundreds of dollars for this)
I am already on a diet plan but I need to add exercise to it, and these videos look awesome and easy enough for me to do at home…I have a very busy schedule and am generally not able to make it to them gym…therefore YES i do want to exercise, I am not trying to lose weight without it

Let me assure you on one thing… you will NOT get into shape on just 10 mins of exercise a day. Sorry to be a kill joy, but all those info-mercials are made to sucker you in to believe it is possible. If you look at the whole thing again, you should see somewhere in very small print, or very breifly on screen, these words… ‘exercise and diet form a aprt of any weight loss program’, in other words, you will read the manual for the gimmick you just bought, and it will tell you ‘for best results’, follow this diet and include some cardio exercise besides using this machine’. They don’t stress that BEFORE you buy the thing.
I am a Personal Trainer, it’s my job to know how to change the body, and not one of these things sold on tv will give you the results you expect it to, and it takes at least 30 mins of exercise a day to change the way you look.
You don’t need to join a gym, jut try and run for up to 30 mins a day, 4 times a week, and that will work 10 times better than those stupid gimmicks. Begin with 10 mins, and build up to anywhere between 30-60 mins of running over a few weeks, and you will be more than happy with your results, isince you are already focussing on your diet.
I hope you get the body you want, soon. Best of luck..!!

Reading some of the responses show the different thoughts on this and other programs. Rule of thumb – most programs work if you actually do them. Remember diet is a huge part of any body transformation or maintaining appropriate health. I read the “personal trainers” answer about this being a gimmick and that you can not get in shape with only 10 minutes a day. There may be some truth to that but then he goes on to say that you can start with 10 minutes of running and move up from there. In many ways that is how the 10 Minute Trainer is set up. There are 5 (I believe) 10 minute programs on the dvd ranging from cardio to strength training. I am not promoting any one product because there are too many and you have to pick one that is appropriate for you. As others can testify the 10 Minute Trainer is set up with several workouts focusing on different areas of your body. My cousin completes one 10 minute session when she feels as though she would otherwise do nothing and completes 3 to 5 – 10 minute sessions when time allows. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is diet appropriately and try to get 1 hr of physical activity 5 days a week. That hour can be many different things including the 10 Minute Trainer.
