I highly appreciate this video because he spoke about exactly what many of us experience when starting a gym for the first time. Specially busy professionals like myself. Sitting all the time, going to gym either first time or after years, sports injury in past, back bone / leg pain every now and then, decreased blood flow and serious mood most of the time. So full marks and appreciation to his trainer. Many thanks. Its a very calculated and precise advice.

since when does body size equate to knowledge and understanding of progressive fitness instruction. ever heard of a doctor who is sick…woo woo now, a doctor sick, must not be a good doctor, wrong. keep you personal and laimo comments to yourself.
