I am forced to the conclusion that you are pretty much a wannabee that has had his nose stuck to a real gym window 10 years ago and watched someone do a lift for about 2 seconds, and this is all you can remember and that is the sum of your education. Man you are incompetant, get some formal training or get your money back from the agency that trained you, before you hurt someone
