Fun Exercise?

I broke my wrist and have been on the computer a lot lately. However, it’s hard for me to swim, bike etc. Does anyone know so good eating tips and fun exercise’s that I can do that won’t hurt my wristand tips that won’t make me over eat? All answers are great!

    Try dancing but you would want to protect your wrist.
    Cut down on your portions. Read a good book !!

    go on walks…jump on a trampoline…dance…thats all i got..hope it helps!

    Walking, even power walking would be ideal.It is more fun to walk in a park. most things that are fun to do require hans so this is why you should consider walking.

    go walking with friends.like go to your local park, and just gossip with them. your excersicing, and your with friends to make it fun!! dont eat to much junk food. Im trying to cut down, you know got to lose the pounds before school. Anyways, just eat fruits veggies and water, and healthy whole grain bread
