Oh… so stupid. Yes, hiphop abs does sculp your abs but not ONLY your abs. I’ve tried this a couple of times, and i love it! It really works. You dont only use the abs, you use your arms, legs and back as well. Trust me, i had aches in my whole body the day after i did this.
This is a funnier way to work out.
Do this workout as soon as you wake up in the morning. Your body will go straight to your fat storage in your stomach instead of using stored energy. Depending on your weight this will force your body to lose fat faster. It may or may not be 4 inches but you will see some difference in a week. Also have a good diet as well.
