Insanity Workout Fit Test


workoutjourney.com This is my first Insanity Fit Test. It was tougher then I thought. I was jumping so hard that a pan fell in the kitchen. Hopefully all of the p90xing I have been doing over the past year will help me power through Insanity.

    How the Fit Test works is you do 8 different exercises for a minute each doing as many reps as you can.

    you can use a weight vest you just have to decide if you want to jump up and down a lot wearing it. i’ve done both and i think insanity is tougher overall, you breathe the entire time pretty much.

    They are both good. P90X is more resistance training and Insanity is cardio. They are equally hard. The vest is a good idea.

    which is harder p90x or insanity??? Also I know this is bodyweight training however, can weight vest be included with this training?

    This workout is literally INSANE! I thought the Fit Test would be alright… but holy smokes it was really intense! The workouts are really good, it’s as if you have a personal trainer pushing you. Shaun T is just crazy hahaha

    Great workout though.

    Fort Leonard Wood MO. I am an enlisted 21B. I really hate basic man… I’m changin my MOS to 31B and majoring in criminal justice so later on Ima go for 31D. =) I just bought this thing yesterdayI hope it really works out for the best.

    the program is insanity, by beachbody. Fit test is, like the name says, just to see how you doing. You’ll take it first day, first week, and some other times, for example 3th week. During the program you do some resistence, abs, cardio, etc., it is really cool. A commitment.

    I plan to do is use treadmill for two hours in the morning and two hours in the evening, drink a lot of water like 6 cups per day, eat a lot of almond nuts and doing this insanity workout. It should be work this way. Plus i am thinking to order Health master by Montel Williams product. So i can combo with all strict diets like salad, celery, berries, Spinach, carrots, or whatever you can name. I thought of this method should help many people who have problem to lose a weight.

    Overall I give this workout an 8 I’ve done much harder for at least an hour with only a 4 min rest after 30min

    Don’t lock your elbows while doing pushups when you push out, it’s bad for the joints, also KEEP YOUR MOUTH CLOSED AT ALL TIMES it increases breathing efficiency, when I go running 8-10 miles breathing out via mouth I loose endurance a lot lot quicker than breathing only through the nose, that’s why we have a nose close your mouth and breathe through the nose. I also discovered that my heart rate was more stable if I breathe only through the nose, more efficient circulation was achieved
