Turbo Jam isn’t working for me?

I’m 15 and I’ve been doing turbo jam. Here’s what I do

Mon-Thursday-20 minute work out (not including Wednesday because I have things to do)
Friday-Saturday-Cardio Party

To top it all off I’m doing 8 minute abs posted on youtube too. I’ve been doing it for works and reading review people are see results and I’m not. My main problem is my tummy which I’m trying to tone by doing turbo but it’s not working at all.

i wanna get it but i am 324 pounds will i be able to lose 65 pounds in 7 1/2 months from sept 1 thru april 1 around that is it worth it or no.. thanks.

What are some effective ab exercises that don’t involve laying on the floor on your back?

I have a permanent coccyx (butt bone) injury that makes it impossible to do ab exercises that involve laying on the floor on my back, like crunches and sit-ups. The positions of these exercises put pressure on the injured area that makes it painful when coming up into the crunch. Since this isn’t an injury that is going to go away, I need to find some alternative ab exercises that are performed standing up, laying on my side, etc.

Anybody know how to get a copy of 10 Minute Trainer Workout Calendar without?

having to download it from bittorrent? I just need to know in what sequence to workout. I ordered 10 Minute trainer from Ebay and didnt get the calendar.
