admin Well I’m a 20 year old female, and I’m “large”. I weigh around 220, which sucks because about 3 years ago I weighed 120. (Which was TOO skinny, I want to be around 160ish.. I’m 5′7) I currently do work and when I get out of work at 5, the gym is TOO packed for me to feel comfortable, I can’t go at night because I shower and go to bed early. So on my days off I will go to the gym (1. What machines are best for me to do at the gym, I have VERY LITTLE stamina and everything burns quickly, so what is best for me to do) But I do live in a nice tropical area so I can walk outside. (2. How long/what speed should I walk for? How often?) besides walking, what is there to do? I tried TaeBo and for me it was no fun, any other tapes that are worth the money?
I just need tips with what to do at gym, and at home.. to see the biggest change. How long will it take to lose about 60-80lbs?
I don’t like veggies, what are some good diet tips to follow? I do love seafod and sushi though!
