When it comes to workout shoes I really don’t know much. So I was wondering if someone with fitness experience could let me know what shoes would work best. But I only have have 2 and half months to lose 20 pounds and no money to buy hand weights.

Basically what I want to know is, is insanity workouts any good (as in good results in 60 days)? I mean I see it on tv but I don’t know if I can trust it.

And if it is good, is it better than P90X
