<p><strong>Step #1: Nutrition</strong></p>
<p>Nutrition is the most important part of any diet and exercise program. You can exercise as much as you want but if you eat junk it doesn&#8217;t matter. You don&#8217;t want your lovely abs covered with a thick layer of fat do you? I didn&#8217;t think so! In order to keep your metabolism up and running consume 5 to 6 mini-meals per day.</p>
<p><strong>Stay away from</strong>: pasta, candy, soda, fast food, white bread, hydrogenated oils, sugars and corn syrup.</p>
<p><strong>Try to eat</strong>: whole grains, fruits, vegetables, olive oil, oatmeal, nuts, eggs, natural peanut butter, chicken, and fish.
