Does anyone know the correct order to do the Chalean Extreme workouts in?

I borrowed the DVDs from a friend, but she doesn’t know what happened to the guide book. I am dying to start the workouts, but I don’t know the correct order to do them in.

Does the ChaLean extreme workout work for Men?
