Insanity doesn’t copy P90X. Insanity is cardio and P90X is stregthn training. Most people who are Beachbody members and coach do both P90X and Insanity. They are very different.

Shaun T is a truly awesome. I am on my third day, fit test and polymetrics kicked my ass.
I agree with candy, I’m used to pushing myself hard but i couldn’t believe how tough this is, If you are a smoker this is not for you, this program made me give up smoking which makes me happy lol.
Insanity is Insane, They Copied P90x and they just made it more intense to try and get the results in 60 days instead of 90. All They did is Copy. The True Credit Goes to Tony Horton.

I’m doing insanity, and you -do- get a rest day. Thursday is an easy workout day and you get a rest day on Sunday. My brother has been doing this exercise for a week and he has seen -amazing- results. Me not so much yet lol.
i’m on the 4th of week of this. i took a preview of next month..omg. i’m so scared of whats to come..the 1st month looked like a warm up compare to next month..but i’m committed to this.
does this really work, or is it just pure marketing?
My advice, dont drink any soda and cut back on sugars for 1 week before doing insanity…trust me..it will drop u on the floor and keep you down there…
just started doing insanity for 3 days now…. the 2 hours of gym doesnt even compare to 45 minutes of this…. im not that fit so everyone can understand that this was the most painf ul 45 minutes of my life… however, after the work out, i kinda fill fullfiled…. props to shawn t

in cardio you are right insanity is just insane but you are going to lose muscels with insanity because its all cardio with a little body resistance but the best way is to workout with p90x calender and replace the cardio and plyometric of p90x with max interval plyo of insanity or any other insanity workout
OMG INSANITY IS WAY HARDER THAN P90X!! Trust me… i prefer INSANITY OVER P90X! ANY DAY!

They are both extreme workouts. To do insanity or p90x you have to pretty fit already. I suggest you try Power 90, not p90x, but power 90. Power 90 was made before P90X and it’s less “hardcore” than the these other two. Overall, P90X and Insanity isn’t made for anyone.
