I love these dumbbells. This weight is great for women. You can tone your biceps, triceps, upper back, chest, shoulders with so many exercises. Thanks for sharing!

These weights are very nice. I don’t find them to be uncomfortable at all and I have very small hands. An added bonus is the color. They’re a little darker than shown in the picture but I love them!
