I wrote a review for the other product called Total Body Works 5000 and now I’m writing one for this product. Here is why. I originaly ordered the other Total Body Works 5000, because it had better reviews and was less expensive. When the box came it turned out to be this Weider Total Body Works 5000. The picture on the box showed the model without the Weider logo on the seat, but inside was the exact model shown here. There was no booklets or paper work in the box at all so I had to contact the Weider Co. In doing so, I found out that I could have ordered directly from them and it would have been much less expensive. I do like the machine and it’s versitility, but am surprised that I did not get the best price available.

I bought this as a birthday present for my fiance. I set it up and the first thing that I noticed is how heavy and bulky the system is. Also, the slide does not go up and cannot be moved. I am returning it and never buying another weider product again. Utter waste of money. The manual does not help and the people when you call up weider have no clue how to help either.

It does. It Works. I work and it works. Like play of course but it’s work. Saved some $$ over other brands and got the total benefit. For me, it was worth looking around before buying.

I just recieved my weider total body works 5000, I cant get the seat to move. Short knob #44 that supposedly moves the machine does nothin. Please help… And these people at customer service arent responding…AHHHHHHH!!!!

Fantastic product on its own, huge range of smooth workouts with little to no downtime between them. Resistance bands are perfect addition to an already great workout, providing that little extra when your own weight resistance is just not enough. Factor in the cost, and you’ve got great value.
