What are some fun exercises that I can do in my home?

Being able to keep track of calories burnt is a plus. I’ve been jump roping for the past month (just ten minutes a day). It used to give me sore calves in the morning, but now ten minutes is not really doing anything for me. I could extend it to 15 or 20, but I’d be bored of doing the same action by 15. Any ideas on fun exercises I can do inside the house?

    25 sit ups, 15 pushups
    rest
    20 situps, 10 pushups
    rest
    15 situps, 5 pushups

STOP–please do not set unreasonable goals for yourself–you already have learned that you aren’t seeing results so you think the program is not working. YOU need to have a healthy diet–”everyday”–not starving yourself—eat healthy!! Avoid sugars–white flour–MSG–oils–potatoes–noodles—soda–cakes–chips—it is just as easy to eat good as it is to eat junk. Get a book on healthy diets—and what to avoid–you don’t need to count calories or set unreasonable goals–a healthy diet will lead to a lifetime of a proper weight for you. It takes time–so don’t get on the scale–stop looking in the mirror–change your attitude—go outside and move around–WALK—stop sitting needlessly on the computer or watching TV. Stop worrying—it can lead to compulsive behavior and depression–like who YOU are—enjoy yourself–enjoy everyday—the body fat will slowly go away forever when you eat a healthy diet. Pills and creams are a RIP_OFF–just a waste of money–it only takes two or three weeks of eating a new healthy diet to get used to it–then you can do it forever. stay focussed–even have a treat once in a while as a reward–avoid alcohol and the party life–that is a waste of your time—dress nice be well groomed–SMILE–stand tall and be proud of who you are,—good luck
