I have been tring to drop fifteen pounds in the last couple weeks. I do cardio/belly dancing for thirty minutes six days a week. I always stick to it, however, its been getting a little boring. I need some new ideas! I can’t join a gym because there is none in my area, and I can’t run outside because I have children. Thnks!
What are some fun exercises to keep me going?
